Steps to certification
Getting to know you
Your dedicated account manager will guide you through the process and confirm your requirements. Once your TAG membership is confirmed and we’re all set up, we’ll start the audit process.
Preparing for audit
Our Audit Manager will explain the relevant TAG guidelines and understand how your business aligns with them. We take a consultative approach, offering feedback and compliance recommendations before the audit. We'll provide a tailored information request document outlining everything you need for the audit.
Conducting the audit
Once you've gathered evidence, we'll schedule the audit, usually conducted via video call. Our audit includes reviewing your policies, conducting tests, assessing reporting, and confirming data integrity.
Sharing the findings
After successfully completing the audit, we'll issue a private audit report to both you and TAG. This report details your compliance with TAG Guidelines.
Receiving the seal
TAG reviews our report and, upon approval, awards you the TAG Certified Against Malware Seal. At this point, your account manager will share free marketing resources to maximise our partnership's value.
Why get independently audited?
Conducting our independent malware audit offers numerous benefits:
- Demonstrating best practices
- Enhancing your business processes
- Promoting your independently certified status
- Building trust and transparency
- Winning more business
