Our members are bound by industry agreed standards that regulate how they may publicise ABC data and use the ABC logo. There is an official complaints procedure for members for dealing with breaches of the ABC Byelaws or Reporting Standards. We publish upheld official complaints on our website and via our eAlert notifications.
