Originally a joint initiative between Sky Media, ITV Media and 4 Sales, CFlight - managed by Barb - is the UK’s first unified TV advertising metric that captures the vast majority of live, time-shifted and on-demand commercial impacts and impressions across all viewing platforms. It enables TV and AV buyers to see the total reach and frequency of their campaigns across all forms of TV.
We audit the impression data inputs that are supplied by each of the broadcasters’ ad servers. Our role is to provide independent assurance for the methodology and implementation by individual broadcasters, to ensure that the BVOD data and system is compliant and consistent.

Our AV standards enable platforms and brands to report their IPTV reach and engagement in an accurate and comparable way.
They’re developed by ABC’s Reporting Standards Groups consisting of experienced practitioners representing both buyers and sellers.
Our standards provide clear metric definitions and detail what data must be reported. They ensure the data is relevant, useful and consistently based on factual evidence.
