Once a date has been set for your audit, a member of our audit team will contact you and describe what data and evidence we'd like to see. They'll describe the audit process and answer any questions you may have.
Submitting your data
You'll use our secure online system to submit your data so that the audit may commence.
Conducting the audit
Our Audit team will review your claim, data and evidence. They'll clarify any discrepancies with you if needed and discuss the findings.
Certification
When the audit is complete we'll issue you a certificate which proves your figures and your commitment to transparency for your stakeholders.
