All four companies have been recertified by TAG, this time with the added rigour of third party verification across their global operations. Achieving the TAG Certified Against Fraud Seal with ABC’s trusted and independent validation process demonstrates these companies are willing to go the extra mile to fight fraud in digital ad trading.

TAG is a global advertising industry initiative formed to create transparency in the digital advertising supply chain. The TAG Certified Against Fraud program was launched to combat invalid traffic in digital advertising. TAG focuses on four key areas: combating malware, reducing fraudulent digital advertising traffic, fighting ad-supported internet piracy and promoting brand safety.

Coupled with ABC’s trusted independent validation, achieving the TAG Certified Against Fraud Seal raises confidence in the market. It demonstrates that companies in the digital supply chain are providing targeted protection in line with TAG’s industry standards.

Mike Zaneis, President & CEO of TAG, said, “After announcing ABC as an approved TAG auditor last year, we’re delighted to see the first round of companies complete their independent validation process. Ad fraud is a global issue and, by working with TAG and expert auditors like ABC, these companies are showing their commitment to fighting fraud across the digital supply chain.”

Simon Redlich, Chief Executive at ABC, said, “Congratulations to these companies for achieving TAG’s Certified Against Fraud Seal following our independent validation. This recognises their compliance with TAG’s Certified Against Fraud Guidelines. In the fight against criminal activity in online advertising, independent verification to industry standards is a practical solution that enhances transparency and promotes good practice. These companies are leading by example in demonstrating their commitment to a safer, more transparent digital ad trading environment.”
