We’re proud to have received our Cyber Essentials Certificate which confirms our compliance with the requirements of the UK Government's Cyber Essentials Scheme.

Cyber Essentials is a cyber security standard that organisations can be assessed and certified against. The scheme is designed to help protect organisations, whatever their size, against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.

The Certification process involves a variety of different checks being conducted, including for example ensuring that we have effective user access controls on all ABC computers, a secure internet access policy and secure external intrusion prevention systems.

Achieving our Cyber Essential Certification delivers:

  • Reassurance to customers that we take cyber security seriously
  • A promise to our stakeholders that we have cyber security measures in place

Ronnie Ziwa, ICT Manager at ABC said, “With the increasing threat of online fraud and security breaches, we wanted to take action to protect our own and our client’s data. Cyber Essentials Certification provides the peace of mind that our defences will protect against the vast majority of common cyber attacks.”
